What is a Puzzle Step Stool?

Our Personalized Puzzle Step Stools are both functional and great learning toys for kids. As a stool they very practical for kids to use to reach their bathroom sink or climb into bed. The Personalized Step Stools are made of very sturdy materials and can withstand even adult weights.  As a toy the stool becomes a great learning toy for kids. Each stool is personalized with the child’s name. The child learns to recognize their name and spell it as they play. Each letter comes out and goes back in with ease, especially designed for tiny fingers.

Who buys our Personalized Stools?

Our Personalized  Step Stools are mainly purchased by parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles for the special children in their lives. Many stools are sent to newborns celebrating their birth, others are sent to children on their birthdays or for Christmas.

What styles are available?

Please note almost all styles are available in white. If you do not see a stool listed in white, just contact customer support for help.

Personalized Step Stool

Natural Personalized Step Stool – Our very basic puzzle stool. This stool is limited to 12 or less letter names. You can have only one name on this stool without any spaces. If you would like to have a first and middle name or last name, you should select the two name puzzle stool.

Two Name Personalized Step Stool

Two Name Personalized Step Stool – This stool is just like the Natural Personalized Step Stool above except it accommodates two names. Each name must be under 12 letters. Usually the child’s first and last name or middle name are used.

Personalized Birthday Step Stool

Birthday Personalized Step Stool – This special stool highlights the child’s name along with their birth date. Each letter and number is a puzzle piece, even the dots come out and go in with ease!

What colors are available for the letters?

All of the stools are available in three color options.

Primary – shown above in the Train and Sports Stools.
Pastel- Shown above in the Flowers Step Stool
Jewel- shown above in the Princess Stool

If you prefer certain colors, i.e. “I want to use only red and blue colors for all the letters alternating” – That is completely OK. Please make all special requests using the comments field during the order process.

What materials are used?

Each stool is made with hardwood pine top and legs and uses non toxic paint and sealers. All materials are especially child safe.

What size is the stool?

Although stool sizes somewhat vary based on the size of the name and the style of stool chosen, on average the Height is 8 inches, Width is 9 inches and Length is 15 1/2 inches. Also on average the stools weigh approximately 6-8 pounds.

How long does it take to receive a personalized stool?

During most of the year personalized step stools arrive within 2-3 weeks. During holiday times (November-January) these times can be as high as 6-8 weeks. All order for Christmas must be in by November 25th. Please note orders placed in December will not ship until mid January.

How do the personalized stools ship?

Our Personalized Step Stool normally ship using Fedex. Customers will be sent an email notifying them their order has shipped along with a tracking number. Shipping times are normally 2-5days depending on your location. Shipping costs vary based on the stool and your location. Average shipping costs are between $13-$20 for domestic orders. We do ship internationally! Shipping costs internationally will be provided during the checkout process.

What is the Laser Inscription?

We are now proudly offering Laser inscriptions on the back of stools. Add a personalized message which will be permanently inscribed onto the back of the stool making the stool a true keepsake. 6 lines of text are allowed with each line able to accommodate up to 30 characters. Please be extra careful to double check spelling and capitalization. We inscribe exactly as submitted.

Will an invoice be sent?

We know very well that our personalized stools are meant to be sent as gift, so we do not include any pricing information with the stool. Only a packing slip is included.
